Booking Process

Availability Check

Each campervan or motorhome listed on our website has its own availability calendar. Check the calendar for your specified dates and contact us to start the booking process!

Insurance & Documentation

All vehicles include comprehensive insurance with mileage limits. For bookings, please provide scanned copies of your photo card driving licence (front & back). Obtain a DVLA licence check code for each driver. Submit proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last 3 months, matching the driving licence details.

Collect Your Camper!

All collections and drop-offs are from our premises in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. You will receive a welcome email with the address and directions prior to your booking. Collection times are between 10.30am and 3pm, while drop-offs are strictly between 12.00pm and 1.30pm.

Security Deposit & Payments

Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit of typically 25% of the total hire is required. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your hire date. Standard security deposits are pre-authorised on credit/debit cards (£750) or bank transfers (cleared 5 days before collection). For drivers under 25, the security deposit is higher (£1000). If the camper and its equipment are returned undamaged, we will initiate a refund back to your original payment method.
